Refund Policy

General Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds
Certain situations may qualify for only a partial refund (if applicable):

  • A book with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item:

  1. Email us at info@merishrushti.com.
  2. Send your item to:
    Plot No 347, Unit No 5, 12th Road, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon (West), Mumbai - 400104.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later:

  • We will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to:
Plot No 347, Unit No 5, 12th Road, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon (West), Mumbai - 400104.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking:

  • For items valued over Rs. 100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Processing Times:
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
